31 Messies were greeted with ‘Goodbye! See you soon!’ at yesterdays mixed-up mess-fest! Prairie Mills Bakery again came through with lots of fresh whole-wheat flour to make our extraordinary waffles. Cream was whipped by hand while the batter was made with care; other attendees simultaneously chopped and otherwise prepared the watermelon, canteloupe, grapes, strawberries, black- and blue-berries. Yummy! All the fun games were played backwards, crafts were back-to-front, and the children learned a little something about what Easter means in an upside-down kind of way.
